Guided by the rhythm of nature, water photographer Laura captures the poetry of life in and around the sea, with a homebase in Zandvoort, the Netherlands. Specializing in photography in open water, the work focuses on the ever-changing beauty of the sea and its creatures — moments shaped by movement, light, and depth. From floating perspectives upon to intimate encounters just beneath the surface, each image tells a story born from the water itself. Both individual and business shoots are available upon request, each carefully tailored to reflect a unique vision, identity, or story. 

ART WALKS

On September 26 and 27, the Zandvoort Art Route returns. This annual event transforms the seaside town into a vibrant celebration of art and culture. In this sixth edition of the art route, you will discover a variety of artists exhibiting their work at inspiring locations throughout Zandvoort by the Sea.
For the first time this year, visitors can explore part of the route under the guidance of wave art artist Laura van der Plas. You will follow the Art Walk ("Ku(n)st Walk"), which leads from the historic village center to art by the sea, with seven stops along the way. This walk pays special attention to the sea and the dunes, and to the inspiration they provide for contemporary artists. In short, it is a walk with its own unique story.
